About the Role
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
Work closely with instrumentation and electronic devices, ensuring in-depth knowledge of the products and their features.
Understand and explain complex technical aspects of electronics and instrumentation products to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate product solutions based on their technical needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in instrumentation and electronics to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
Sales Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, and networking.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify key decision-makers and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up.
Close sales deals with a customer-centric approach to meet individual and team sales goals.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on product improvements and customer preferences.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure product features meet customer demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Bsc or any other related technical discipline.
Skills
Strong understanding of electronics or instrumentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Competence in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Additional Skills:
Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
